3. Use of Services

Clients:

  • Must provide accurate job descriptions and ensure legal site conditions.
  • Remain responsible for onsite safety, supervision, and health compliance.
  • Must pay for services within agreed terms (see section 5).

Candidates:

  • Must provide accurate personal and work eligibility details.
  • Agree to uphold safety, conduct, and performance standards.
  • May be removed from placements for misconduct or inaccurate information.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Cancellations by clients must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.
  • Replacements will be sourced promptly when possible in cases of absence or no-shows.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Payments

  • Standard payment terms are 7 to 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection charges.
  • Invoices reflect agreed hours and rates and serve as confirmation of service delivery.

6. Liability

  • We vet candidates thoroughly but do not guarantee performance or long-term suitability.
  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays resulting from worker actions, misconduct, or absence.
  • Clients are liable for ensuring proper site conditions and legal compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and communications materials remain the property of Truetrucks Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to:

  • Breach of terms
